As well as offering dairy based desserts, we are also able to produce a range of flavoured jellies that offer high quality and consistency. Jelly is a highly versatile product that can be used in any number of concepts, either on its own, combined with fruit or as a component in a dessert.

Jelly is used in trifle, sundaes, topped cheesecakes, jelly terrines and other ready-to-eat desserts.
