We do not use of anti-caking agents; do not grate from off-cuts (so ensuring a consistent shred length) and test all blocks for flavour, texture and consistency prior to grating.

We also ensure our grates are proven to operate to the melts required in your manufacturing process. We pack in modified atmosphere packs, from 0.5kg pack sizes with an eight week shelf life
