Technical Overview

From start to finish, Meadow Cheese ensures total quality and best practise underpinned by Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) quality systems backed up by stringent external audits. For the second consecutive year, Meadow Cheese has obtained grade A against the British Retail Consortium (BRC) standard audited by SAI Global / EFSIS and has held an accreditation against the BRC standard since 1996.

Meadow Cheese’s experienced technical experts are constantly developing and refining processes to ensure the highest standards and quality.

All of our raw materials are stored at carefully controlled temperatures of between 2°C and 5°C and can accommodate in excess of 1,000 tonnes. Finished goods can be stored at controlled temperatures of between +2°C and -20°C with room to accommodate a capacity of 1,500 pallet spaces.
